FAQs

I am an artist looking for a wall in the City for my artwork. What do I need to do?

By registering and creating a portfolio on Adelaide Art Walls, you can showcase your artwork to wall owners in the City. Interested wall owners can then contact you direct to discuss potential commissions.

If you are contacted by a wall owner who is interested in commissioning an artwork, you will need to discuss the style and cost of the commissioned piece they would like you to create.

Before commencing an artwork commission, you should ensure that both parties have agreed to the artwork design and fee payments.

The City of Adelaide is happy to answer any questions you may have about the artwork commissioning process or any permits that may be required.

Please note: The City of Adelaide will have no responsibility or liability for any negotiations or agreements between artists and wall owners. The City of Adelaide simply facilitates this Adelaide Art Walls website to allow artists and wall owners to find each other.
